Anyway this mess reminds me of whats happening in the US.. Black on Black crime is epidemic. But no one cares, especially the so called Black leaders like Jackson and Sharpton.. But have a white person kill a Black and the a'holes like Sharton are all over the media screaming..

Same thing here.. Arabs kill each other daily.. Bombing schools, bombing Mosques, etc.. But no one cares.. But when the Israelis kill an Arab all hell breaks loose.. It's all over the media.

The demilitarized thing is a big issue that seems tough to solve. Totally understand why Israel insists upon it, but if you were a small country in the middle east living right next to your worst enemy, which has a massive military force and has killed tons of your citizens, would you be comfortable with a demilitarized state.

Now, the solution I've most often heard floated is some kind of coalition force provided by third party actors to ensure no aggression from Israel on a demilitarized Palestine. Sounds alright, except Palestine is not going to be ok with this unless these forces are being provided by a political entity which would be willing to strike against Israel, and if that WAS the case, then Israel would not be ok with it. Quite a dilemma.

I agree the right to return would be unreasonable. Instead Israel should have paid compensation for Palestinian properties annexed or bulldozed for settlements. But that was off the table too.

Besides, the total lack of sovereignty is reason enough to reject that agreement.
