TBF since you you think representatives always vote their conscience and are never influenced by fear of losing financial support or getting primaried I'd say everybody on this forum knows more about lobbying than you.

(1) that doesn't prove your point re spending. At all.
(2) a lobbyist should know there are other ways to coerce a legislator.
