You think people who hate "the potheads" are going to be compelled by the argument that sending them to jail will increase criminal activity in the future?

Bunch of hypocrites. The New York Times is ready to tell everyone else what to do, and yet they still drug test their employees despite no legal obligation to do so. I don't want to hear a bunch of do nothing libs talk to me about their enlightened opinions. When push comes to show the times and most of their ill are part of the problem, and will happily persecute people for their private actions despite publically stating the opposite.
