What notable people have gotten away with rape on grounds not related to evidence?
Marital rape is certainly something that happens. But if the wife doesn't press charges, there really isn't much to be done about it. And even if they do press charges, they'll need some sort of evidence. I am aware that marital rape was once accepted by the courts, although that has since changed. Do you have any instances of marital rape charges being dismissed on grounds not related to evidence?
I have not heard of any rape cases dismissed due to the outfit of the victim. At least not for as long as I've been alive.

How are police supposed to investigate unreported rapes? Why is that number then used to produce the 3% conviction rate statistic?
