Diplomatic immunity is a form of being above the law. But that does not mean its not a load of BS.

No because you still have to go through the hassle of litigation. Even if you know you're insured litigation is a PITA and the threat of it can have the same effect on a ruling as the threat of liability.

seems obvious, since that is what I was replying to
