To be fair, its not as though Gaza is one giant school or hospital. They could hide the missiles in any of the other 99% of locations available. Across the street and 2 blocks down if nothing else. They know damn well the things are like catnip for Israeli attacks.
The only reasons I can think of for missiles to be located anywhere near a school or hospital are very dark indeed, even in Gaza.
