just because it has some percentage of civilians it does not mean that isreal is not trying to not hurt them
i guess i think leaflets,direct phone calls, radio transmissions, and mortars to the roof that don't explode as warnings seems like going the extra marathon for these people, and you say they are not doing enough. what would be enough? and you can't say "don't attack hamas", "don't attack palestine", things like that (which means that you really aren't saying they are not doing enough, it's just an excuse for why you want them to stop it)
