Hmmm. Let's see here. This guy has a HISTORY of stalking this girl who is a STRANGER and is psychologically terrorizing her the whole time--and this is before he actually kills her--and you guys are screaming that I want to add to the prison state?

Do you guys personally know anybody who's been stalked? Because I have, and if you did you wouldn't sit here playing defense attorney for these absolute creeps. You clearly have no idea of the kind of terror this kind of thing inflicts on women.

I'm not saying we should just give him a pass but 10+ years in prison is ridiculous.

How long do you think then? What do you think is fair?

I can't give you a specific sentence that id say is fair until I know all details of the case but maybe a few months and then 5 years probation?
