If there is no evidence, there is no evidence. But to attribute that fact to "innocence" is hilarious misguided, when it could be that many people don't take the crime seriously, and police don't want to dedicate resources to stuff like this.
I pointed those stats out to show that stalking is not 'in hand," an erroneous claim made by Non. It is increasing, and the police are not having much luck prosecuting. So obviously things aren't in hand.
Let's try to put our thinking caps on guys.
