"easing blockade" but not ending it, extending fishing zone, and opens the border for humanitarian and medical aid. considering isreal still has a lot more to give on this, i think they are the clear winner here despite hamas claiming they held out for what they got

The only way a permanent ceasefire will happen is when they run out of stuff to bomb. I do believe they are getting close.
The hardest part of doing nothing is knowing when your done.
