Been going Dos Equis for the "by the pool" beer of late. They were on sale. Just happy to be able to buy beer in a grocery store again...its been 8 years. LOL

I try very hard NOT to drink any of the big, mass produced beers like Coors, Bud, Miller anymore. I got to like the smaller craft beers so much more, that drinking a Bud is like drinking a glass of water to me. It does nothing for me.. If I'm out and someone offers me a Bud or Coors obviously I'll drink it, but at home? I haven't bought any of them in years.

I'm a beer snob..

that is to say a tasty full flavored beer vs slightly sweet water-bread beer. the second defines a decent american lager.

Funny personal story about Coors is way back when, the 70's I think Coors must have been just a Colorado, and West Coast beer.. Because you couldn't get it here in NY, or on the East Coast.. I heard about it, quite often actually from people I knew who traveled West, or family member who live out west, etc.. And everyone bragged about it.. And everyone would say the same thing, you got to try this beer, it's great, too bad they don't sell it in the East, etc.. etc..

Well I think in the 90's or so it finally got here.. I tried it..

Sorry, not impressed.. I never liked it.. Not the original, not the Lite..
