It is high, and would be pretty bad to do without, but no where near on the scale it would be for the Germans and even more so the other Eastern European countries.
But yea he definitely does, the only countries that would be completely safe from the gas going off for a while are the countries with a large North Sea coastline. The political will power would have to arguably be stronger in the East than the West, due to how heavy their reliance is. I mean some countries would be almost completely without any gas.

Why use Satellite pictures as evidence? Why doesn't a Ukrainian just f**king take a picture and Instagram that sh!t?
