I can agree that, technically, the law applies to both men and women. But, what man has ever regretted sex (the act, not the consequences) enough to really want to file charges?
Although . . . this brings up an interesting question. If a man were drunk during sex, and the sex resulted in a pregnancy, can he then deny child support because he can claim that he was raped? Hmmmm - that's an interesting one.
