Austin is a dichotomy. Lots of libs. But, being the seat of one of the most conservative governments in the union, it's got its fair share of conservatives, also.

I'm going to have to go someday. I've been around the US quite a bit, but avoided Texas. Austin is an island I'd like to visit.
