This is the world we live in gentlemen. You can't defend yourself completely and the best way to avoid getting unlucky if you are a single guy who likes to play the field is to just never hook up with any chick who considers herself a feminist. I hate to say it, but you will notice these drunk rape accusations rarely come from the southern belle or the girl on the volleyball team. It's usually some chick majoring in women's studies or english, who thinks the patriarchy is out to crush her and who thinks she is a strong independent women. Just don't deal with those girls and you have done everything you can to protect yourself.

Eventually the message will get through. I had a math teacher in high school who flat out refused to tutor girls after school, because he said if anyone alleged anything against him there is no way he (a chubby old man who likes baseball) would be able to defend himself. The result? Boys get tutored and girls didn't. Some parents were outraged by this and even went so far as to make gauge accusations that he must be some sort of pedo if he was so worried about it. But he is right. I'm telling you, this will backfire on California the minute some girl cried rape, and then sues the bar or club she was at for getting her so drunk or allowing her to go home with a drunk dude. Only a matter of time before they start videotaping and breathalyzer girls leaving clubs with guys just to cover their ass.
