I still can't believe they actually thought getting Bin Laden was going to end it all,lol. All that amounted to was the most expensive manhunt in history so far. Well, until a new super bad guy comes along.

My experience was similar to the OP's. I was sleeping and my mom called and woke me up. She said put the TV on, a plane hit the WTC. I said what station, she said any station. Within a couple of days I ordered a gas mask and bought an AK-47 and 1000 rounds of hollowpoint ammo. I wasn't going down without a fight.
