Nothing you can show will prove that Israel is more aggressive than Hamas, even by the standards set forth in the law you cite, their attacks are simply more effective. Notice how they have yet to be considered for war crimes over their attacks in Gaza? They've been held accountable for the settlements and annexation attempts, but not for their attacks, nor should they be. Who or what do you think Hamas is aiming at when they lob thousands of bombs into Israel? Civilians. Hamas is a recognized terrorist organization after all. Both have used underhanded tactics, murdered each others citizens, broken ceasefires, etc. Israel's attacks get labeled as disproportionate because their attacks more often than not, kill people, when Hamas' attacks leave more to be desired. That's what Saz tried to explain and that is what I am explaining to you now. If a small, weak and underpowered nation routinely attacks another larger, more powerful nation what do you expect the outcome to be? It'll never be proportional in your eyes because Israel is the bad guy and the Palestinians are the good guys.
