No. I'm pointing out that you are making an analogy just as distant from the actual subject as Dylan is, but you have in fact objected to Dylan's analogy on those same grounds.
Whereas I accept the validity of analogies, and am merely pointing out how crazy you have to be to say comparing domestic violence and military violence is wrong, but comparing domestic killings and military kills is acceptable.
Further, I never made an analogy. Proportionality literally means the exact same thing in domestic and international law. It is used in the exact same way, from a murder trial to a war crimes tribunal.
