Yeah, the Cowboys are definitely worth a ton but then again if Jerry Jones truly cared about being wise with his investment he would have hired a damn gm by now. He doesn't because he's playing his own little fantasy football game that only a billionaire can afford. If there wasn't a salary cap I think he'd legit spend every cent it took to stack his whole roster with pro bowlers, regardless of financial consequences.

it always seemed weird to me that the packers were not america's favorite team. that link said they are ranked above cowboys though, but below the broncos (everybody loves peyton) and the giants (lol what. what what what? lol). but still, the pack should be america's team

1. small town -- it's everywhere usa -- and they have a professional team
2. the only team in nfl that is owned by the fans and not some fat cat
3. you can wear a hat made out of foam that looks like cheese and not be ridiculed
4. classic colors, look, logo
5. it's f**k titletown

As is always the case in the NFL, it was all about getting hot at the right time, and that's what the Cowboys managed to do. The Packers have 4 Super Bowls though the first two was before it was called the super bowl. Then you have the favre one in the late 90s and the recent one with Rogers. That's very good, but the Cowboys have 2 in the 70s when the super bowl was becoming more of a thing and 3 in the early-mid 90s when football was really really blowing up. The Cowboys haven't done shit since then but you basically had a generation that grew up in the 70s and always saw them on tv raising their kids in the 90s to be fans of a team they saw win 3 titles as young children.
