These refs are a sick joke. They just took 5+ minutes on a simple holding call. If the Eagles lose it can't be treated as legitimate due to these clown refs (but if they win then it still counts)

I'm watching the Steeler v Raider game... it's like watching a game 5 years ago.. The defenses, especially the Steeler defense are LAYING the receivers OUT.. They are teeing off on the receivers, and the replacement Refs aren't throwing any flags.

James Harrison must be dying that he's hurt and can't play while this is going on. 2 years ago he was fined over $100,000 for hard hits.. This year he could kill someone without even getting flagged.

The defenses are DEFINITELY taking advantage of the situation.

And BTW it's becoming more and more obvious, the Steeler defense is overrated. A mediocre Raider offense is moving the ball rather easily. I have yet to see Palmer sacked.

Steeler defense is gonna suck badly this season. Despite Ben's pick six against Denver, defense is the reason for both losses. ATM Ben is playing lights f**k out with over a 100 rating on the season, highest rating on third downs and coming into the game the offense had the best third down conversion rate. The passing offense is doing its part for the team and carrying them at this point and they are the only reason they have been competitive at all. Although the running game is not where it needs to be, the offense is still averaging 35-36 mins TOP on the season (had 38 mins today against Raiders)....what more does the defense need? The offense holds the ball and scores points.

If Vick's going to play this badly the Eagles are in for a looong year.. They are in a tough division.

And Mike Tomlin thinks the Steeler defense sucks too..

31-31...4th quarter....4 minutes left the Steelers have the ball, it's 4th a 1 on THEIR OWN 30 yard line.. And Tomlin is sooooo desperate to keep the ball and keep his defense off the field, HE GOES FOR IT.. LOL..

They get the 1st down, but then later on in the drive they have a 4th and 9 or something like that, so they punt it to the Raiders.. and Tomlin's fears are justified. The Raiders take the ball easily down the filed and get the winning FG..

A Steeler head coach going for it on 4th down to keep a Steeler defense off the filed.. That probably hasn't happened in 40 years.


Of yeah, the Refs..

On one of the games yesterday the announcers mentioned the league and the regular Refs met all day yesterday in NYC.. There are still serious differences, and there's no new date for them to meet again..

Somebody's going to get seriously hurt.. In the Steeler and the Raven games you can see the players have no respect for the Refs. The defenses especially are just teeing off on the offensive players, there's pushing and shoving going on after almost every play, there's missed calls, phantom calls, etc.. It's painful to watch.
