I'm not sure why you guys are disputing lil bit's point.
She's concerned with humanity, not personhood. Rationality is irrelevant when it comes to enforcement of the rule of law since enforcement is physical force.
To her, the question isn't whether or not something is right. The question is whether or not something is legal.
Likewise, facts are the physical force which press the rule of law. Rational conclusions are forceless, so they're meaningless.
Basically, she's teaching you a lesson in pointless debate. The longer you argue with her, the more time you waste.
On the side, she gets to enjoy every minute of your frustration, and hides behind nervous moderation to boot.
