Regardless of whether or not you like the new policy, it's clear that Obama will not sign a repeal nor will any other democratic president. So as I've said, of the GOP is serious about impacting policy change this session, they need to go for more moderate concessions from the president on the ACA. they can demand an all out repeal of they want, but the optics of that will be bad for them. No one isn't their right mind, regardless of party, would expect obama to Sign the repeal of his own signature legislation.
