Non could add insight but I'm pretty sure if there's no indictment that means the prosecutor wasn't enthused on taking this one to trial. I think it's rather rare that a prosecutor really wants to charge someone but just can't get the grand jury to go along with it.
By the way I'm very big on innocent until proven guilty. I was sickened at how many "liberals" DEMANDED a George Zimmerman conviction before that trial even started just cause uh he must be guilty and not have a valid self defense claim or something. I agree with the decision the jury delivered in that case even though my gut says he was the aggressor and killed an innocent kid. My gut should not be convicting or acquitting anyone.
