i watched a fun video the other day about how german snipers used exploding bullets.

their intention is to be a replacement for tracers so that you can tell when you're hitting a target without giving away your position. the germans found a more interesting use for them though.

yeah that kind of shit is what guilty people on the stand claim when the prosecutor asks where their gun is that happens to be the same type of gun that was used in the crime but they couldn't check to see if it was the exact gun because it couldn't be found.

i said that as a play on what eynon said, about using it to go kill dracula. but if you want to be a bitch about it, then yes, it's more than just a joke it's also true that it was used to rid the world of nazis. the soviets did not rid the world of nazis, they kept the nazis busy while the us rid the world of nazis (which is why they were screaming for the us to open the western front for so long). im glad this could turn into a wwii discussion because that was so needed
