He was quoted in the Wall Street Journal saying, “Absolutely everything will be presented to the grand jury. Every scrap of paper that we have. Every photograph that was taken."
This is what I thought. Normally when there's a grand jury it's "here's what we think the suspect did and here's the dirt we have on him. You in?"
In this case they brought in all the stuff that should be the responsibility of Wilsons defense lawyer in a trial, but instead the prosecutor did the defenders job for him. Maybe it should happen like this more often, but we all know it doesn't, so again, Wilson received special treatment from the criminal justice system because he's a cop.
