Non - I think it's the subconscious perceptions that all people have of inner-city types of neighborhoods and why I agree with you that this may be somewhat about race, but more about the law and I'd even include how law enforcement officers perceive certain neighborhoods in their districts. Blacks in suburbia are prob less likely to get hassled then blacks in the inner city because of the stereotypes we attribute to each type of neighborhood and not necessarily their race alone.
