So, you're in full agreement with me that the government in general, and the President specifically, do not significantly alter the US economy with their policies. Good to know!
Did you read that article, BTW? It said that, because Bush "said" the economy was bad, that people (the ones actually affecting the economy) started making it bad. Tail wagging the dog kinda stuff.
