If there was enought evidence for the DA to to seek an indictment, then so be it. What that has to with jumping to conclusions is beyond me. Are you under the impression that is the process?
The irony of this, is that's what you expected the DA to do in the case of Michael Brown being killed. What is so hard for you to understand that if mitigating facts don't support putting a man on trial, then that man shouldn't be put on trial. That's not a miscarriage of justice, that's common sense. How the f**k is it justice to put somebody on trial, when there is no evidence to warrant a trial. Can you answer that? Because this is what this all about, isn't it?
