Probable cause existed, so a trial was warranted. Probable cause is the standard, and nothing else. Are standards too low? Perhaps. Should they be raised for one guy and not everyone else? No.

That's because in grand jury they're just supposed to take a look at whether or not probable cause exists.

That is correct. I also agree that this grand jury in ferguson set a precedent, in which all evidence that would have been presented in a court of law was presented to a grand jury. The grand jury reached a decision that no indictment would be handed down. So what are we talking about? What more is there to discuss?

I'm not going to judge your motivations, or why you disagree with the grand juries decisions, or how the grand jury was conducted, all I see is allot of biases.

This there's been a history of black males being shot by cops, so I don't see the problem with the scrutiny of the facts surrounding the killing of Brown. People seem to forget justice is a two way street. Sorry, but the whole "Hands up, don't shoot" narrative, started to unravel as soon as facts started to be known.
