Why does a place like Ferguson Mo. that is about 65-70% black only have about 3% in police ranks? Seems the minority is now the majority there, and its time the police ranks, town council,ect reflect that. If the blacks want to improve their situation, the time for non participation is over. Step up, get involved. BTW, "pillage the village" is the wrong way to get involved.
