It really should be very easy to get an indictment in this case, since the video shows what happened so clearly: Garner did nothing violent whatsoever, and the so-called "crime" he commited is so incredibly minor. There was absolutely no need to use force against him.
Of course it would have been very easy to get an indictment in the Michael Brown case as well, but the prosecutor clearly didn't want one, he just used the grand jury to cover his ass.
