I'd say start with how as a young black boy in the South, you saw a white landowner berate your father in your front yard for not fixing up his car just right, and how you had to sit in the window and watch your father grovel in front of the white man just so he could keep his job, and how you vowed, then and there, that you would never bow down before the white man. (Actual opening chapter of a book written by a black acquaintance.)
Then, go on to detail a few other details about how you were persecuted because of your skin color.
