Yeah but part of the reason top contender teams are expected to win out is that they play at least 4 teams that are totally uncompetitive. Even shit teams like the raiders and jags aren't really that far in talent from best NFL teams so it truly Is any given Sunday. It really requires an insane miracle for one of the worst college teams to beat one of the best. In the NFL it's never really that unlikely.

Re: atmosphere, are you comparing a big college game to the Bucs? I mean yeah that's no contest. But certain NFL teams are crazy as hell to see live as well.

Well, only serious college games I've been to were penn state back when they were good. And I'm not a fan. So it didn't seem as cool to me as the Eagles but I'm biased since I don't care about the game itself in college.
