Hey did anybody get a load of the guy (one of them) they hired to conduct their torture program? Wow that was $80 million well spent. I'm unclear what his credentials even were except that maybe he, like Cheney, wanted to be a modern Torquemada.
What baffles me is, having seen so many Investigation Discovery-type shows, or things like 48 Hours, every single day in this country interrogations are conducted with great skill and finesses and nobody's getting waterboarded.
