Well I think that opening bans and suspensions up to the forum for review would go a long ways towards settling the desirability of any given moderator action. It gives it an added layer of legitimacy that is hard for any poster to deny.

Just to recap so far, what I have seen:
Admin: Menson
Coder: Galt
Social Media person: Exploited
if I have missed anything, please let me know. Discussion about this probably for another week before we start giving things a go. So if anyone else would like to step in, please say so.
Also, if Menson ends up being Admin, I think the other positions would probably be at his discretion. Its more of a "hey, these are the people looking to help you should you want it" type thing.

I'd just let anyone over a certain number of posts vote. Perhaps 1000.
I'd also like to see Menson respond to some of the ideas I've listed. Bringing back formal debates, financial transparency, moderator review, a budget for advertising, etc.
If this is just gonna be the same old same old, I don't care who admins because nothing changes. I'd like to see somebody step in and make changes.
