Why would the forum be informed of the actions taken by an admin or mod? Let's be honest, we are guests here. We didn't build this. If the chosen admin fails to rule fairly then the site will start to lose membership. If the site is run well, it will grow.
Maybe paying membership could get a vote in certain things but this isn't a democracy, nor is it required to be.
