I think I understand what SouthernDad is saying. The main forum, a sub-forum for paid VIP members, and then a sub-sub forum for only invitees only. Yeah, wish we had something like that.

Another thing is the recognition for the VIP members. I didn't realize that the VIP members had green nicks. That was too subtle for me to catch initially. I did clearly see the SUPPORTER tag on the Professors posts.

I donated and I'm not allowed in the VIP lounge so I think it is kind of just a thing to create different classes and separate the posters.

Yeah that's case I got banned and when I was allowed back I didn't retain donor or VIP status. I guess it's fair game to do that as punishment but it's definitely made me not want to donate anymore in the future.
