Here we see Ray Rice "passively resisting arrest". Is this ok with anyone?

She was already stopped. She did not attempt to allude with the vehicle when he turned on the lights. When he instructed her to get out of the vehicle she then decided to resist arrest. We can argue the wording all day long, the point is that you cannot refuse to follow the instructions of the police. Resisting arrest is not acceptable. Whether you are selling loosies or driving while impaired.

You've seen my point then. She was fleeing an officer, and you're calling it resisting arrest to make some silly point about Eric Garner. The fact is that what he did and what she did are two entirely different things, but you're hung up on equating the two so you'll make whatever pained reach you can to say that she was passively resisting arrest, just like him. This thread was DOA.
