what stops drug users from driving right now? absolutely nothing. why would this be a condition for support of legalization?

but stoned drivers aren't a problem now so why would legalization change make them a problem? and if you need a chemical test of some kind to determine if someone is impaired, because a visual observation isn't enough, there's a good change they aren't impaired.
