people that don't already do drugs aren't going to start just because its legal, the fact is most people completely ignore the law whenever it suits them sp people who want to use drugs already do
the only thing that would happen is that we would look at drug addiction as the the medical issue that it really is instead of a pretext for fascism

if you're worried about shooting heroin your worry is going to be "hey this will kill me and ruin my life so i'm not going to do it". i truly doubt there is a significant number of people who really want to do hard drugs but won't because it's illegal. i mean, when has illegality ever stopped consumption?
