I killed an entire family in a drunk driving accident, but it's cool, my parents lawyer got me off with community service.

Drinking and driving isn't a big deal anyway. I like John McAfee's proposal. Just have everybody have a big pink light on the top of their car that if they're drunk is flashing so people know to move the hell out of the way.
