No doubt that he could shoot. I wouldn't have wanted to be on the business end of his rifle. It did suck that he didn't spend those 4 minutes with his wife before leaving for the range.

What is the big deal about putting a telescope on a high power rifle then shooting someone/something. Its probably something most could do with practice.
The hardest part of doing nothing is knowing when your done.
