He's not being a troll. Look around the league. Tony romo is a great QB. Drew Brees is (or maybe was) a great QB. Andrew Luck is a great young QB. None of them are on the level that Brady, Rodgers or Manning have reached. You're asking us to spit out some numbers but this is actually one of those things you have to see for yourself, because football is such a team game that the only way to know how much a QB's numbers reflect him and how much reflect his team is to actually watch the dude play.

Just because offenses are centered around passing and coaches favor schemes that result in big passing plays doesn't mean the QBs are better.
