Spider, you say this but you haven't lined out any standard. Eynon described a very reasonable hearing process, you just want to automatically take away citizenship for "siding with the enemy", something you've provided no legal definition of nor a standard of evidence to conclude the person is question has done it. That's what is Orwellian and terrifying.

No, that is the premise. You want to design a law that allows the feds to strip people of citizenship if they fight in a group on the terror list. Period. End of story. There is no other interpretation of what you want to do.
