Kinda, but again I think that's fair. If you are an alcoholic don't move to Saudi arabia. If you don't like the cold don't move to Russia. If you plan on living off government handouts, don't move to Texas. I'm sick of places like NYC where you pay a a massive portion of your income to taxes and then turn around and see everyone else getting subsidised housing while you pay 3k for a 1 bedroom. Most of Texas is shit but Dallas and Austin are as good as any non-NYC/Miami/LA city in the country.
