Incorrect. She was allowed to use non-government accounts. There was no obligation to hand them over immediately. There was no time limit on when they had to be handed over. And once they asked, she fulfilled. So I'm failing to see any legitimate point that needs to be countered.

The issue being that she did in fact turn over her emails to the appropriate record keeping agency. Where they are currently being reviewed for release.
