The best part of all this? This little caper was led by a dipshit junior Senator from Arkansas with zero foreign policy experience, drunk on The Tea.

He steps around the POTUS and the U.S. Secretary of State and directly contacts a foreign leader to undermine ongoing negotiations because apparently the only president he serves is in Israel. There is something fundamentally wrong with this.

The GOP, basically the political arm of corporate america/military industrial complex, back the saudis and israel. That where the deals that benefits this faction the most have been made.

Unfortunately the saudis are behind the rapid growth in "islamic" extremism and the US MIC and corporate america as well as Israel are complicit in this too and have been since the days of the cold war when extremist forces were used to combat the soviets. however with the emergence of the islamic state the entire dynamic of the region has changed and the US now requires iran to act as a counter weight to the islamic state. this is why the obama administration is moving toward detente with iran

however, these gop dummies don't give a shit whether or not it is in our national interests to support the saudi/israel nexus they just want to keep doing the sweetheart deals that are making them and their cronies rich.
