I have been thinking about this question a lot.
Because, when I'm on a project that generates more than $600k in revenue a month, I take my crew (10-15 people) to lunch or dinner every two weeks (I just take that small cost out of my sandbag for the project). It's always Texan or Mexican and I always get a dip bowl of the hottest thing on the menu (Ghost chili salsa, habanero/mango, etc.). The new guy gets the peer pressure to try a heaping, steaming chip of the stuff as we old hands with dead tongues practically drink it at the table. And, the new guy is always some poor guy that's never left Midwesternshiretown... he eats it. Drops the F-bomb, we laugh, we drink the salsa and then rub it on our balls and then continue our day being men.
