And I see that as a very very dangerous road to go down because if there is one thing we have learned from the last two presidents, anyone and everyone could be a terrorist in the governments eyes. Simply because we have a very clear cut case here does not mean we should grant the state that power in this circumstance because it opens to door for the state to take an increasingly liberal stance on executing it's own citizens. Next time we should be a bit more careful about who we grant asylum and decide to give citizenship too.

He possibly could have been indicted even without the video. The shots into the back at a certain long range distance could have been found out. The video however tells all. What did they ever do to that cop that shot the kid in the Cleveland park?
