well who does the blame lie with? there were 6 cops involved, one of which was driving. from the looks of the video... a black officer is off to the driver's side of the van holding the door open; if the driver got out of the car, it would be that black officer who was driving (i don't know that though). a white officer placed him in the vehicle, was it his fault? do we know exactly what happened in the van? did he try to buckle him in? did he buckle him in? don't know these things. gray was complaining and in pain, but unknown from what. who is culpable? just arrest them all? why not suspend them without pay like they have been until the investigation is complete. it's not like they will run. you don't put those people in jail before they are convicted
